ECOPIREN® is milled magnesium hydroxide, specifically classified for appliance in flame retardancy. Flame retardants of ECOPIREN® trade mark show themselves as effective flame retardant fillers for polymeric materials to achieve high values of LOI (without significant losses of mechanical properties), smoke emission reduction, and toxic gas absorption.

ECOPIREN® flame retardants manufactured in standard mode (3,5, 3,5С, 5,5, 5,5С, 10, 15) have different particle size distribution, specific surface and various types of surface treatments.

Different additional flame retardants of ECOPIREN® mark with diverse characteristic may be produced by the demands of the customers.

ECOPIREN® flame retardants are homogeneous, white powders without taste and smell. These products satisfy all requirements of polymeric industry. They may be easily processed into end polymeric products together with different kinds of polymers (PE, PP, PVC, PA etc.) by various processing types (extrusion, molding, etc.). ECOPIREN® products are non-toxic and satisfy all requirements of environmental legislation.
